Michel Ben Sadoun is the Founder and CEO of JAL Associates SAS, established in September 2014, which specializes in strategic consultancy for early stage software companies with a focus on business applications, cloud services, and security software. In addition, Michel serves as a Business Angel and Senior Advisor at Arganto, and holds multiple board positions in startups focused on Security and Cloud Computing solutions. Michel is also a Certified Expert at Stratexio, an Expert Consultant with Bpifrance, and an Operating Advisor at ACE Management. Involvement extends to membership in the Strategic Committee at EVOLUCARE and participation as a Board Member at L'AgenceRP. Michel mentors at IME France and has a significant history at Symantec, Commerce One, and IBM, culminating in a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Aix-Marseille University.

IME France est le réseau national des "Instituts du Mentorat Entrepreneurial (IME)" exclusivement dédié aux PME en forte croissance. Association fondée par Dominique Restino élu à la CCI Paris Ile-de-France, la CCI Région Nord de France, la CCI Nantes St-Nazaire et EY en 2011, IME France a pour mission de déployer le Mentorat Entrepreneurial au niveau national. Reconnu par les pouvoirs publics comme cadre de référence pour l'accompagnement de l'entrepreneur dans les phases de croissance de son entreprise, le Mentorat Entrepreneurial est labellisé par la Charte Nationale du Mentorat Entrepreneurial, signée par l'Etat et IME France Sous la marque “Institut du Mentorat Entrepreneurial”, le Mentorat entrepreneurial accélère et sécurise la croissance des PME à fort potentiel : IME France contribue ainsi à augmenter le nombre d'ETI dont la France a besoin. Le Mentorat Entrepreneurial garantit le respect des valeurs et les principes déontologiques de l'accompagnement d'un entrepreneur par un autre entrepreneur.
