Thierry Leblond

Thierry LEBLOND is the current Président of PARSEC, a company specializing in innovative cybersecurity software, since January 2014. LEBLOND has previously held roles such as Mentoré at IME since March 2023, and Président at Pôle ENTER from July to November 2024. LEBLOND served as Adjoint au Développement durable and innovation for the Mairie de Saint Médard en Jalles from April 2014 to September 2019. From September 2008 to August 2013, LEBLOND was Directeur de projet for the Plan de Vidéoprotection at the Préfecture de police de Paris, overseeing the integration of various security and information systems. Prior experience includes roles such as Sous-directeur architecture et ingénierie at the Direction générale des systèmes d'information et de communication, and Directeur des systèmes d'information at SNECMA PROPULSION SOLIDE.
