Virginie Roubi

Virginie Roubi is an accomplished entrepreneur and digital transformation expert with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of Stairway to Digital since October 2020, Virginie focuses on digital transformation, conversion optimization, and digital strategy. Additionally, Virginie serves as a mentor at IME and has held the position of Managing Director of the Digital Business Unit at Adova Group, a leading French industrial group specializing in bedding and seating. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Digital at Cosmo Connected, Chief Digital Officer at Afflelou Group, and Founder and CEO of Malentille.com. Virginie began a career in customer service and optical lens division management at HARTING Gmbh and Eurocontact. Virginie holds a DEESMI degree in International Marketing from IDRAC, Paris.
