Praveen Regmi

Praveen Regmi is an accomplished professional in the digital finance and banking sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at IME Pay since December 2022. Previously, Praveen held roles as General Manager at Gateway Payment, managing the UPI Nepal project from January to December 2022, and as a Digital Finance Expert with PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS, S.C. in Hong Kong, where responsibilities included designing a digital transformation roadmap for the Agriculture Development Bank in Nepal. Praveen has also provided consultancy services through Chhito Connect Pvt. Ltd. and has held various leadership positions in digital transformation and transaction banking at NIC ASIA BANK and NMB Bank Ltd. With a Master's in Business Administration from Purbanchal University and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Kathmandu Engineering College, Praveen Regmi combines strong educational credentials with extensive industry experience.
