Aurelie Humbert

Aurelie HUMBERT is an experienced R&D Manager specializing in Optical and Fluidic Technologies at imec since June 2015. HUMBERT has held various roles including Team Leader in LifeScience Component Integration and previously served as a Senior Process Integration Engineer within the CMORET group, focusing on photonic and microfluidic devices in life sciences projects. Prior to imec, HUMBERT worked at NXP Semiconductors from 2001 to April 2015, where roles included Principal Scientist in Sensor Integration and Research Scientist in Low k and Airgap Integration. HUMBERT's career began at Philips Semiconductors, where responsibilities encompassed process ownership for salicidation and aluminum processes. HUMBERT holds a Master of Research in Physical Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde and a Diplome D’ingénieur Chimiste from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Chimie de Lille.
