Barry O'Sullivan is a principal member of the technical staff at imec, where they have worked since 2004 in various research roles. They also serve as an editor for IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices since 2022. Barry holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Limerick and completed both a Master of Engineering Science and a PhD in Microelectronics at the Tyndall National Institute.
