Çağatay Özdemi̇r

Çağatay ÖZDEMİR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of embedded software engineering. Çağatay started their professional career as an Intern Software Test Engineer at HAVELSAN in 2008 and later served as an Intern Telecommunication Engineer at TUBITAK in 2009.

In 2010, Çağatay joined Aselsan, where they worked as an Embedded Software Engineer. Çağatay'sresponsibilities included low-level embedded development for various boards and GUI application development for driver cluster screens. Çağatay also developed multi-threaded real-time radar software for vxWorks OS, implemented fault detection and recovery procedures, and developed high-performance radar algorithms.

After leaving Aselsan in 2017, Çağatay worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Televic Conference, where they participated in embedded software development. Çağatay then joined Daikin Europe as an Embedded Software Test Engineer, where they developed a test automation and CI framework for embedded parts of an air conditioner system.

Çağatay later joined Altran as an Embedded Software Engineer/Consultant, providing consultancy services for clients such as Televic, Daikin, and OTAkeys. Çağatay also contributed to setting up internal processes and enhancing knowledge sharing within the company.

In 2018, Çağatay joined NXP Semiconductors as a Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master. Çağatay worked as a senior developer of the audio team and served as the only Scrum Master for four teams in a project. Çağatay implemented low-latency audio streaming and optimized audio processing pipeline code.

Currently, Çağatay is working as a Lead Software Engineer and Scrum Master at imec, where they continue to utilize their expertise in software engineering and project management.

Çağatay ÖZDEMİR's education history is as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University.

- From 2007 to 2010, they completed a Minor Program in Information Systems and Computer Engineering at Middle East Technical University.

- From 2005 to 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University.

- From 2001 to 2005, they attended Science High School, focusing on the Sciences.

Additionally, Çağatay ÖZDEMİR has obtained several certifications, including training in AI, computer vision, programming, and software architecture, among others.
