Dieter Hoffend is currently the Business Director for the Automotive Sector at imec, a role held since 2025 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Previously, they served as Director of Sales EMEA for Automotive and Manufacturing at Intel Corporation in 2023, with extensive prior experience including roles as Senior Director of Business Development EMEA for Intel Foundry Services and Global Account Director for the BMW Group. Hoffend also held leadership positions at MEDION AG, Fujitsu Siemens, HP EMEA, and CongressConsult GmbH, where they managed corporate events and large-scale projects. Dieter began their career at IDC as an Analyst from 1988 to 1993. They are currently pursuing education at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
