Erwin Hijzen is a Program Director for MEMS Ultrasound at imec, a position held since 2022. Before this, they were a MEMS Development Manager at Philips from 2018 to 2022 and served as a Department Head for Central R&D and Research at NXP Semiconductors between 2014 and 2016. They also worked as a Program Manager at Philips MEMS foundry and micro-assembly from 2016 to 2018. Erwin earned their degree from Delft University of Technology, completing their studies in 1995.
