Jing Shen is currently a Legal Counsel at imec, a position held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Policy Advisor for SEA Europe from 2004 to 2016 and worked as an Independent Consultant at EU China Regulatory Affairs Consulting from 2016 to 2019. Jing’s earlier career includes roles as an Associate at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly and Addleshaw Goddard from 1999 to 2004. They hold a Master of Laws in European law from KU Leuven, a Master of Laws in American law from Duke University School of Law, and a degree in commercial law from Renmin University of China.
