Milind Pandit

R&d Project Leader (temporary Position)

Milind Pandit is an experienced professional in the field of MEMS development and electrical engineering, currently serving as an R&D Project Leader at imec since April 2025. In this role, Milind leads investigations into cMUTs as an alternative to pMUTs for Pulsify Medical and oversees the development of a flexible ultrasound patch for fundraising initiatives. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Pulsify Medical as a Senior MEMS Development Engineer and a MEMS Design Engineer, focusing on the design and characterization of piezo micromachined ultrasound transducers. Milind's background encompasses work at Silicon Microgravity Ltd, the University of Cambridge, and The University of British Columbia, with expertise in MEMS inertial sensors, resonant accelerometers, and artificial muscle technologies. Milind holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a BASc in Electrical Engineering (Nanotechnology) from The University of British Columbia.
