Raffaella Borzi

Raffaella Borzi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor and research industries. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager at imec USA since August 2022, Raffaella also holds the position of General Manager for Strategic Partnerships in the Americas at imec, where responsibilities include leading innovation ASIC services and R&D partnerships. Raffaella previously established the Strategic Partnership team while serving as Director of Business Development for North America at imec. Raffaella's career began at MIT as a Program Manager before earning a Postdoctoral degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis.
