Rico Rupp is an experienced researcher and R&D team leader with a strong background in materials science and engineering. Rupp's professional experience includes leading research initiatives at imec from January 2021 to March 2024 and completing a PhD focused on lithium and sodium ion/metal batteries at Université catholique de Louvain, where studies were conducted from January 2016 to December 2020. Prior experiences include internships at SIMAP and Umicore AG & Co.
