Yves Daelmans

Yves Daelmans has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Yves is currently serving as the President of the IKF Europe confederation and also holds the position of continental vice-president at IKF. Prior to this, Yves worked at the Koninklijke Belgische Korfbalbond (KBKB) - Vlaamse liga vzw, where they held multiple positions including Director of International Relationships, Director of Internal and External Communication, and Director of Topsport.

Before joining KBKB, Yves worked at imec as a Senior ICT Business Partner & Platform Lead. Yves also served as an ICT Business Partners Manager, ICT Program Manager, Manager of ICT Business Applications, and ICT Project Manager during their time at imec. Yves started their professional career at Kluwer (Wolters Kluwer Belgium) as a Market Analysis Manager and later became the Business Intelligence Manager and M&S Quality Manager.

Yves' earliest work experience was at Continental Printing (Cogra), where they worked as the (Hoofd) Orderbegeleiding. Overall, Yves Daelmans has built a strong professional background in leadership, communication, project management, and relationship building.

Yves Daelmans obtained a professional bachelor's degree in Communicatiemanagement from Hogeschool Antwerpen, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at OLVE (Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-van-Lourdes College Edegem) from 1985 to 1991, majoring in Wetenschappelijke A for their Humaniora degree.
