Prior roles include Quality Control Manager at a jewelry and luxury goods company, where Nancy designed and implemented new store operations, and Executive Manager at Robinson's Fine Diamonds and Jewelry, overseeing operations and inventory management. Nancy holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America.
