iMDS was originally formed in 2021 from Synacor’s SSP and Portal Advertising business segment, and Float Left though acquisitions made by iMedia Brands, Inc., the parent company of home shopping networks ShopHQ and 1-2-3.tv GmbH, as well as luxury apparel brands Christopher & Banks and J.W. Hulme.
