Christy Gause is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in integration management, operational leadership, and strategic development. Currently serving as Senior Integration Manager at IMEG since May 2020, Christy plays a pivotal role in the Mergers and Acquisitions Synergy Team by developing due diligence and integration plans and managing cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Christy held multiple leadership roles at UnityPoint Health - Trinity from July 2010 to January 2020, including Executive Director of the Trinity Bettendorf Campus and Surgical Services Operations, where oversight encompassed operational, quality, and financial performance. Christy's tenure also included leadership in physician relations and network development, expanding ACO networks and enhancing collaborative healthcare solutions. Previous experience includes marketing and product development roles at Mutual Med and United Healthcare. Christy earned a degree from Drake University between 1994 and 1998.
