Colby Era

Colby Era is a seasoned professional in the field of virtual design and electrical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Virtual Design Coordinator at IMEG Corp since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Virtual Design Coordinator at Salas O'Brien and a Designer at MEP Associates, LLC, where Colby held the position of BIM Manager. Colby's career began with a focus on BIM specialization at Parsons Electric LLC, with earlier roles in lighting design at Lighting Matters and electrical design at SRF Consulting Group. Colby possesses extensive expertise in software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MicroStation V8i, and has contributed to academic settings by teaching classes on these tools. Colby holds an AAS in Electrical Construction Design and Management from Dunwoody College of Technology and undergraduate studies at the University of Utah.
