Donna Lombardo

Donna Lombardo is an experienced office manager and operations professional with a robust background in administrative support and process improvement. Currently serving as Office Manager at IMEG since August 2022, Donna facilitates team integration into the company's culture and processes. Previously, Donna held various roles at Christopher Consultants, Ltd. from January 2001 to August 2022, including Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing workflows and enhancing communication across teams, as well as serving as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Special Services Division, and Office Manager for the Loudoun County office. Donna began their career at Equifax Services, Inc. from 1986 to 2001 as Unit Manager-Administration, overseeing customer service and administrative operations. Donna's educational background includes studies at both Northern Virginia Community College and Fayetteville Technical Institute.
