Brenan Smith-Evans

Brenan Smith-Evans is an experienced non-profit leader currently serving as Chief of Staff at iMentor. With a strong background in program implementation and management, Brenan has previously held roles such as Deputy Director and Interim Executive Director, where they contributed to significant organizational growth and mentorship programs for first-generation students. Prior to iMentor, Brenan was the Associate Director at Mikva Challenge, where they expanded the program portfolio and ensured thousands of students had their voices heard. Brenan is dedicated to equity in the workplace and emphasizes authentic relationship building, coaching, and support. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Grinnell College and a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago.
