Daniel Lee is a senior nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience in program strategy, implementation, and impact. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Program at iMentor NYC, where they lead a team of 30+ staff to provide high-quality mentoring and college-and-career readiness programs for more than 1,700 students across 12 public high schools. Previously, Daniel held positions including School Partnerships Director and Program Manager at City Year New York, where they managed strategic relationships and program initiatives. An alumnus of AmeriCorps and City Year, Daniel is committed to educational equity and creating pathways for first-generation and under-resourced students. They hold a BA in Sociology from Boston College.
