Dava Antoniotti

Dava Antoniotti has extensive work experience in talent management and program enrollment. Dava worked at iMentor from 2010 to present, starting as a Talent Manager and progressing to roles such as Senior Talent Manager, Associate Director of Talent, Director of Talent Systems & Data, and Director of Talent. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Talent. Dava is responsible for leading talent searches and recruitment efforts. Dava also worked at Education Pioneers as a Visiting Fellow in 2015 and at Cross-Cultural Solutions from 2003 to 2010. At Cross-Cultural Solutions, they held roles such as Program Information Specialist, Senior Manager of Program Enrollment, and ultimately Director of Program Enrollment. In these positions, they led teams, managed recruitment efforts, and implemented initiatives to improve staff satisfaction and organizational impact.

Dava Antoniotti obtained a Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Management from The New School, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they completed their undergraduate education at Western Michigan University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Communications and Women's Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Dava Antoniotti has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Unconscious Bias" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2022, they obtained certifications in "How to Resolve Conflict and Boost Productivity through Deep Listening" and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," both from LinkedIn.
