Melissa Cooper

Melissa Cooper is the Associate Director of Program at iMentor, overseeing successful program implementation across multiple high school sites while managing a team of Program Managers. With a background in program management, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder collaboration, they have previously held roles at Communities In Schools of Atlanta, Success Academy Charter Schools, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. Melissa has a proven track record in developing training programs, managing budgets, and cultivating relationships with senior leadership. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
