Chris Bigler

Chris Bigler has extensive experience in finance and management. Chris began their career as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen, State Authorized Public Accountants from 1994 to 2002. Chris then joined IC Companys A/S as CFO, responsible for IT, Logistics, Finance, Investor Relations, and staff. Chris also served as a board member in IC Companys subsidiaries. In 2008, they became Chairman of the Board at BLS Invest. In 2013, they joined Sport Danmark A/S as CFO, where they had general management responsibilities and was an executive board member in Sport Danmark A/S and other group internal companies. From 2015 to 2019, they served as CFO of Sport Nordic Group, overseeing the sports retail and lifestyle businesses owned by Nordic Capital. In 2019, they became Group CFO at Imerco. Chris also served as a board member at TravelpoolEurope from 2007 to 2011. Before starting their professional career, Chris served as a Sergent during their military service from 1989 to 1991.

Chris Bigler completed their education in a chronological order. Chris first attended Aalborg University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in HA-jur. Chris then pursued further education at Aarhus University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's degree in Cand.merc.aud. Following this, from 1996 to 2000, they attended FSR to become a State Authorized Public Accountant, specializing in accounting, auditing, and company tax. Lastly, from 2003 to 2004, they attended the Center for Ledelse and obtained a Professional Interim Leader (PIL) degree in management and strategy.
