Tilman Köberlein

Tilman Köberlein has held various positions in the past decade. In 2009, they worked as a student assistant on behalf of Prof. Dr. Hans Raffée at Absolventum Mannheim. In 2010, they worked at SAP in the Presales & Key Account Management department. In 2011, they were a Procurement Intern at Continental, where they were responsible for the procurement and scheduling of chemical raw materials. In 2012, they were an Intern at Det Norske Veritas, where they created an excel-based "Container Cost Calculator". From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Optimal Logistics AS as a Senior Consultant. Currently, they are the CFO of Imerso AS, where they are responsible for ensuring the company's economic stability and growth, investor communications and strategic planning. Tilman also manages a multinational team, develops the business giving strategic sales support and takes care of juridical advisory (GDPR, labour laws, immigration regulations).

Tilman Köberlein attended the University of Mannheim from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2010, they attended the BI Norwegian Business School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business & Economics (Siviløkonom). From 2011 to 2013, they attended BI Norwegian Business School again, where they obtained a Siviløkonom (M.Sc. Business & Economics) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Operations.
