Annette Messemer

Annette Messemer is currently the Director at Imerys. Prior to this, they held various positions at Commerzbank AG, EssilorLuxottica S.A./Essilor S.A., West LB AG, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Annette has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, having worked as an investment banker for over 20 years. Annette has been nominated by the German Government, Ministry of Finance, to sit on the boards of several companies. In their current role as Director at Imerys, Annette is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations.

Dr. Messemer has a Ph.D. from Friedrich-Wilhelms Universität zu Bonn, and has also been a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Annette holds a M.A.L.D from Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in International Economics/International Relations, as well as a Master of Arts from Friedrich-Wilhelms Universität zu Bonn. Dr. Messemer is also a C.E.P from the Institut d`Etudes Politiques de Paris.
