Benjamin Fischer

Benjamin Fischer has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Mine Manager for Rabenwald & Kleinfeistritz and Continuous Improvement Manager for Imerys across Australia and New Zealand since August 2014. In these roles, Benjamin coordinates continuous improvement initiatives, project management, performance measurement, and data analysis. Previous experience includes positions as a General Engineer and Mine Engineer at Sachtleben Bergbau GmbH & Co. KG, where Benjamin completed an internship focused on underground fluorspar and baryte mining. Benjamin has also completed internships in various other mining and engineering sectors, including underground gypsum and potash mines, as well as railway tunneling. Benjamin holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Geotechnics and Mining from TU Bergakademie Freiberg, earned in 2014.
