Brad Cummings

Brad Cummings serves as the Head of Human Resources for Imerys Americas, overseeing HR operations for a region that includes around 90 production sites across seven countries and over 5,500 employees and contractors. Prior to this role, Cummings was the Chief Human Resource Officer at Hospitality Staffing Solutions and held senior HR positions at Tarkett and Tandus Flooring, focusing on organizational effectiveness and human resource strategies. Cummings began a robust HR career at The Home Depot, where responsibilities spanned various HR leadership roles, including HR Director for the Home Services Division and roles in talent management and organizational development. Cummings holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
