Christian Bartz

Christian Bartz, PG EIT, has extensive experience in the mining and geological engineering fields, currently serving as a Mine Engineer / Geologist at Imerys since January 2019. Key responsibilities include constructing resource models, designing pits, and overseeing reclamation processes, as well as budget planning for mining operations. Prior roles encompass positions at Midas Gold Idaho Inc. and Midas Gold Corp., where responsibilities included geological engineering and database management. Earlier experience includes roles at Geotemps, Inc. as a Data Management Geologist and Core Logger, and positions in the food service industry. Christian Bartz holds a degree in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University, obtained in 2010.
