Melissa Dietz

Melissa Dietz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the supply chain and business planning field. Melissa is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Planning and Supply Chain at Imerys since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Verusen as the Head of Customer Success and as the Director of Global Accounts from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at D4DT, Inc. from 2020 to 2021. Melissa also held the position of Innovation Director at Point A Center for Supply Chain Innovation in 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at INVISTA as the Senior Director of Long-Term Planning and Global Third-Party Management, as well as the Senior Director of Quality and Innovation Supply Chain from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they held roles at Georgia-Pacific as the General Manager of National Accounts: GP Recycling and as the Senior Manager of North American Fiber Procurement. Melissa is highly accomplished in their field and has achieved significant results throughout their career, including cost savings, revenue growth, and process optimization.

Melissa Dietz earned a BChE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton from 1985 to 1989. Melissa also obtained an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School from 1995 to 1997.
