Munzer Ghosh

Munzer Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they are the Industrial Support Director - North America at Imerys, overseeing a team of experts in various areas supporting manufacturing facilities. Prior to this, they worked as a Management and Technical Consultant at GM Consulting Partners, where they focused on strategy and operational excellence. Munzer also gained valuable experience during their time as an MBA student at Lehigh University College of Business, where they led a team in the implementation of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Munzer has held leadership positions in the manufacturing sector, including Vice President of Manufacturing & General Management at Italcementi and President and CEO of QCC Building Materials Co. Munzer has a strong background in optimizing processes, improving safety, and achieving financial goals. Earlier in their career, Munzer worked as a Lean Sigma Master and Lean Production System Manager, gaining expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Overall, Munzer Ghosh has demonstrated a range of skills and accomplishments throughout their career.

Munzer Ghosh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan in 1995. Munzer then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Syracuse University in 1998. In 2004, Ghosh received an Executive Education in Leadership & Corporate Strategy from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. In 2007, they pursued an Executive Education in Marketing & Commercial Strategy from INSEAD. Most recently, Ghosh completed an MBA in Corporate Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University in 2019. Munzer has additional certifications including membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society and Lean Sigma Master Certification from Rockwell Automation.
