Pascaline Collard

Pascaline Collard serves as Senior Corporate Legal Counsel at Imerys since March 2001, overseeing the legal framework of the group and providing support to business lawyers with corporate governance for EMEA entities. Responsibilities include managing the corporate secretariat for French subsidiaries and EMEA holdings, coordinating restructuring operations such as mergers and transfers of assets, and collaborating on corporate aspects of M&A projects. Prior to Imerys, Pascaline Collard worked as Corporate Legal Counsel at DMC (Dollfus, Mieg & Cie) from April 1997 to March 2001, specializing in corporate law. Pascaline Collard holds a Maîtrise in Private Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a DESS in International Commercial Law from Université de Tours.
