Jana Richardson

Jana Richardson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation and commercial law across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Veeam Software, Jana leads sales contract negotiations and provides strategic support on diverse legal issues for North America and Latin America. Previous roles include Senior Attorney at HCL Technologies Limited, where Jana played a critical role in acquiring a significant portfolio of IBM software products, and earlier positions at Veeam Software, IBM, and Sterling Commerce, focusing on SaaS transactions and complex contractual negotiations.
