Pierre FRANCOIS has a diverse work experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Pierre started their career in 1990 with Lafarge, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Production Manager, and New Works Engineer. In 1998, they joined Lafarge Brazil as a Production Manager before transitioning to Lafarge North America in 2002. During their time at Lafarge North America, they served as a Plant Manager, VP Manufacturing, and VP Technical Expertise. In 2008, they moved to LafargeVP as the VP of Learning & Development. Finally, in 2014, they joined Imerys as an Industrial Director, responsible for overseeing 50 Calcium Carbonates Plants in 4 regions. Additionally, they served as the Lime Project Leader, managing a green field project in Brazil.

Pierre Francois completed their undergraduate studies at ESME from 1984 to 1988, earning a degree in Engineering. Pierre then pursued further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, obtaining an MBA from 2001 to 2002.
