Allwyn Blessing Johnson N has held various roles in the technology and engineering fields. From 2022 to present, they have been the Chief Technology Officer at IMET ELITE. From 2012 to 2022, they held various roles at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, including Project Officer, Research Scholar, Councillor (Ph.D. - Engineering), and Mess Secretary, Cauvery Hostel. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Service & Maintenance Engineer at M/s Amperes, Coimbatore. Lastly, from 2008 to 2009, they were the Chairman of the IET-PSN Student Chapter at PSN College of Engineering and Technology.

Allwyn Blessing Johnson N obtained a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from T.N.P.M.M.N.Hr.Sec.School, Thalavaipuram between 1998 and 2005. Allwyn Blessing then went on to obtain a B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSN College of Engineering & Technology, Tirunelveli between 2005 and 2009. Following this, they earned an M.Tech in Energy Conservation and Technology from Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli between 2010 and 2012. Finally, they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras since 2012.
