Dean Medley, CPRW

Dean Medley, CPRW has a diverse and extensive work experience in the Human Resources and staffing industry. Dean started their career in 1997 as a Site Manager at Norrell Services and then moved on to become a Staffing Manager, Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where they managed and developed multiple teams of recruiters. In 2003, they joined CitiStreet as an Employment Manager before joining Medical Methods in 2004 as the Vice President of Recruiting. At Medical Methods, they focused on career development and provided different types of employment services in the rehabilitation industry. As their career progressed, they became the Vice President of HR and People Development at iMethods, a Healthcare IT Consulting and Staffing firm. In 2020, Dean Medley established their own consulting company, Medley Employment Consulting, where they hold the position of President and Owner. Throughout their career, Dean Medley has demonstrated a strong dedication to improving the healthcare industry and helping individuals find meaningful employment.

Dean Medley, CPRW received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) certification from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches in February 2021.
