Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jessica began their career in 2007 as an Account Executive at Cox Radio, where they sold radio advertisements and ensured client satisfaction. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Fundraising Coordinator at the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Jessica then transitioned into the staffing and recruitment industry, working as a Senior Account Manager at Contemporary Staffing Solutions from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they joined Meridian Technologies as a Recruiter for two years. In 2015, Jessica became a Lead Healthcare IT Recruiter at iMethods, where they played a key role in guiding hospitals through the challenges of implementing healthcare technology. Jessica excelled in their role and was promoted to Director of Delivery Services in 2021. In 2022, they assumed the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at iMethods, leveraging their expertise to provide quality solutions and build meaningful relationships. Additionally, Jessica served as the Executive Director at Hire Purpose Foundation starting in 2020.

Jessica Smith attended Western Kentucky University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism.
