Monica Rodriguez

Monica Rodriguez has extensive experience in customer service, having worked in various roles since 2000. Currently, Monica serves as a Customer Service Manager at The Mail Group since June 2016. Prior to this position, Monica worked as a Customer Service Representative at IMEX Global Solutions LLC from 2008 to the present, and at Pitney Bowes International from April 2008 to March 2013. Additionally, Monica gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative at Deutsche Post/DHL Global from December 2000 to October 2007.
