Bao Le Thai ACMA, CGMA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2011 at Deloitte as an Audit Senior, they gained experience in financial auditing. Bao then moved on to British American Tobacco, where they worked as a Marketing Control Executive. In 2015, they joined Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) as an Assistant Manager Finance. Bao later held positions at Malaysia Vietnam Offshore Terminal (M) Ltd. and Vietnam Offshore Floating Terminal, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant. In 2018, they joined VietJet Air as a Treasury Manager and eventually became the Deputy Director of Finance. Bao then worked at Discova as a Regional Financial Controller before taking on roles at Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), including Deputy CFO, Chief Financial Officer, and currently Vice President of Operation and Finance. Bao Le Thai ACMA, CGMA has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, and operations management throughout their career.

Bao Le Thai ACMA, CGMA completed a Bachelor's degree in International Finance at Foreign Trade University - HCM campus from 2007 to 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Commerce, General at the University of Economics Hochiminh city in collaboration with the University of Western Sydney. Furthermore, Bao Le Thai ACMA, CGMA achieved the ACMA, CGMA designation from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2019.
