Phillippa Starmer

Phillippa Starmer has a wealth of experience in HR and people management. Phillippa is currently working as the Senior Director of HR at IMG ARENA since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the People Director at LloydsDirect from October 2022 to July 2023. Phillippa also held the position of People Director at Manual from October 2021 to April 2022. In 2020, they worked as the Director of People & Culture at Get Living, where they oversaw the management of over 3,000 homes. Before that, from September 2019 to March 2020, they ran their own HR consulting company and provided services to clients such as YLD.io. Between 2018 and 2019, they served as the Head of HR at Iglu.com, a specialized ski and cruise travel agency. Prior to that, they held HR leadership positions at Channel 4, PERFORM, Betfair, and Nestle SA.

Phillippa Starmer attended Loughborough University from 1997 to 2001. Phillippa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science during this period.
