Will Benyon has worked at multiple companies throughout their career. Will began as a Student Engineer at SEOS from 2005 to 2006. Will then joined Igence Software Ltd. as a Graduate Software Engineer from 2007 to 2009, before being promoted to Software Engineer from 2009 to 2013. Benyon then worked at ThoughtWorks, starting as a Senior Developer from 2013 to 2015, before being promoted to Tech Lead from 2015 to 2019, and finally becoming a Tech Principal from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Benyon is working at IMG ARENA as a Lead Developer since April 2021, and has recently been promoted to Head of Technology in March 2022.
Will Benyon attended Bournemouth University from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a field of study in Computing. Will did not earn a specific degree during this time. In addition to their university education, they obtained a certification in Leadership Foundations Program from Endeavor in June 2022.
