Taichi Kanemoto has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Taichi began their career as a Ground Staff at All Nippon Airways. In 2013, they took on the role of EPG Account Executive, Enterprise Sales (EPG) at AvePoint Japan. In 2018, they joined Motionloft as a Leader, Global Account Manager, where they streamlined and improved GTM planning, managed multiple projects with internal stakeholders, and generated a 90%+ retention rate and 200% upselling rate. In 2021, they joined imgix as a Senior Customer Manager and Account Manager, where they provided global customer support in both English and Japanese. Taichi also worked to transform, optimize, and intelligently cache image libraries for fast websites and apps.
Taichi Kanemoto obtained a double Bachelor's Degree in Business and Corporate Communications from San Francisco State University and J.F. Oberlin University between 2009 and 2013.
