Justyna Kiec

Justyna Kiec is an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in human resource management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at IMGW since February 2013. With expertise in labor law and modern HR processes, Justyna oversees a team within an organization employing 1,400 staff members. Prior to this role, Justyna worked at the Ministry of Environment and the National Water Management Authority from 2003 to January 2013, where responsibilities included serving as a Chief Specialist and Team Coordinator, managing the National Program for the Purification of Municipal Sewage (KPOŚK). Justyna holds a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Protection from Politechnika Lubelska, obtained from 1997 to 2002.
