Lilit Nahapetyan-Basth

Lilit Nahapetyan-Basth, PMP®, has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Lilit currently serves as a Senior Technical Project Manager at IMI Critical Engineering since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Project Manager for New Construction and Aftermarket Upgrades at IMI Critical Engineering since March 2014.

Lilit also has experience at IMI CCI, where they held the position of Lead Project Manager for Intercompany Portfolio, focusing on New Construction and AFM Upgrade Valves & Components, starting from March 2018. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at IMI CCI from October 2014. Lilit initially joined IMI CCI as a Design Engineer in April 2006 and held that role until October 2014.

Before joining IMI CCI, Lilit worked at Stora Enso as a Laboratory Engineer from June 2005 to March 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Aker Kvaerner / Metso from June 2003 to August 2004.

Lilit's early work experience includes serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant for the US Peace Corps Armenia from 1995 to 1997. Lilit also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Intensive English Program at the American University of Armenia from January 1995 to March 1996.

Lilit Nahapetyan-Basth, PMP®, holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karlstad University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Lilit also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in the Faculty of Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. In addition, Lilit completed a program in Office Management at the American University of Armenia from 1994 to 1995. Lilit received their Attestate of High School Graduation from #83 Russian Language High School in Yerevan, Armenia, in 1988.
