Tony Day

Tony Day is the SVP for Business Development at iMicrobes. Tony has extensive experience in research and development, having worked with companies such as Genencor International Inc., Solazyme Inc., and Hawkwood Biotech Partners LLC. In 2006, they co-founded SNPItty Inc., a website that provides information on single nucleotide polymorphisms. In October 2017, they became a co-founder and cook for 30 Knot Gourmet, a pop-up restaurant specializing in gourmet yacht catering.

Tony Day's educational career began with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biotechnology from Imperial College London. Tony then went on to specialize in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology.
