Dominik Yu

Dominik Yu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dominik is currently working as a Product Manager at Imint Vidhance, where they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Sales Development Manager at the same company from August 2021 to August 2022, focusing on exploring new business models in the XR industry and forming partnerships within the smartphone and XR industries.

Before joining Imint Vidhance, Dominik worked as a Technical Advisor at Cenvigo AB starting in June 2021. From January 2020 to July 2021, they served as a Project Manager at Vironova AB.

Dominik has also had significant experience at Imint Vidhance, starting as a Technical Sales employee in September 2015. In this role, they drove the technical pre-sales process, advised new customer leads, and acted as the post-sales Point of Contact for certain accounts. Dominik transitioned to the role of Technical Project Manager in February 2017, where they gained skills in project management, communication, and analysis. Dominik also worked as a Mjukvaruutvecklare, or software developer, at Imint Vidhance from February 2015 to October 2019.

Apart from their professional experiences, Dominik co-founded Noshörning, an endeavor that unfortunately failed. Despite the setback, they gained valuable learnings from the experience. Dominik has also held positions as a Research Assistant at Uppsala University, where they worked on projects related to bee observations and recording systems during the summers of 2012 and 2013.

Previously, Dominik worked as a Manager Assistant at Dragon Palace from September 2012 to June 2013 and as a Waiter at the same establishment from October 2010 to June 2012. Additionally, they served as a Student Representative and Board Member at Uppsala University from 2011 to 2012.

Dominik Yu completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronic Information Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University between 2005 and 2009. Dominik then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from Dalarna University from 2009 to 2010. Lastly, they obtained another Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree, this time in Computational Science, from Uppsala University between 2010 and 2013.
