Michael Cipriano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial services industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at imkore since March 2023, Michael Cipriano oversees a global advisory platform specializing in next-generation technology and managed services. As Co-Founder, President, and CISO of Millennia Group, LLC since September 1996, responsibilities include company direction, sales, and security. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President at ORIX Real Estate Capital, where Michael Cipriano managed construction and development loans, and Real Estate and Corporate Lender at Credit Agricole. Michael Cipriano began their career as a Financial Analyst at VMS Realty Partners, following foundational education leading to an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
