Tamara Louw

Tamara A. Louw, MBA, PHR, currently serves as Vice President Human Resources US Site Head at Immatics, focusing on enhancing relationships between US and European HR teams while overseeing HR functions and advising US departments. Previous roles include Senior Director and HR Director at Frazer, Ltd., where restructuring efforts significantly reduced turnover and introduced an automated HRIS platform. Louw's career also includes founding and successfully selling a logistics startup, improving HR functions at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston, and building HR departments from the ground up at various organizations, including Zhang & Associates and the YMCA International Services. Education includes a PhD in Organizational Leadership in progress, an MBA in Finance, a BBA in Finance, and various HR certifications.
