Albert Abbatiello

Albert Abbatiello has had a long and successful career in operations management. Albert began in 1996 as Operations/ Technical Manager at CB Foods, where they supported accounting and inventory control software, managed migration from mainframe server to Windows NT client server, and managed quality control, procurement, and inventory control functions. In 1999, they joined OSG Billing Services as Senior Director of Operations, overseeing multi-site operations of over 100 employees and directing Print and Mail facilities producing over 130 million pieces of outgoing mailings annually. In this role, they coached, trained, and mentored direct subordinates and provided career development opportunities through training and quality management activities, as well as ensuring safety methods, practices, and programs were implemented and maintained. Albert was also Director of Operations and Manager of Operations at OSG Billing Services, where they set priorities in accordance with customer service level agreements and hired and trained new candidates in processing, laser printing, and high speed inserting. In 2013, they joined Drive Safer, LLC as Lead Instructor, instructing students and driving instructors from ages 17 and up to safely pilot their vehicles through simulated courses with varying degrees of difficulty. Finally, in 2021, they joined IMS, Inc. as Vice President of Operations.

Albert Abbatiello obtained their Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1995 and 2000. In September 2020, they were certified as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt by the Management & Strategy Institute.
