James Florence

Head Of Advertising Technology at Immediate Media Co

James Florence has extensive work experience in the digital sales and advertising industry. James started their career at ITV as a Sales Assistant in 2004 and later became a Digital Sales Executive. In 2007, they joined BBC Worldwide as a Sales Executive, and then progressed to the role of Senior Sales Executive and eventually became the Group Head of Digital Sales. In 2011, they moved to Immediate Media Co where they served as the Group Head of Food Group Digital Sales until 2014. James then took on various roles within the company, including Group Head, Audience and Programmatic, Ad Manager - Programmatic Trading, Head of Programmatic Trading and Commercial Data, and Head of Programmatic Strategy. In 2022, they became the Head of Advertising Technology at Immediate Media Co.

James Florence attended Skipper Hill Manor Preparatory School from 1992 to 1997. James then went on to study at St Bedes School from 1997 to 2001. Finally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography at the University of Nottingham from 2001 to 2004.
